This absolutely needs a remake with modern day CGI - christ didn't realise how bad it with the low budget compared to the matrix!

Kinda reminds me a bit of the anime Gunslinger Girl.

The gun looks like a Ruger Mini14. It is not a precision gun and no sniper would use it. At best it is 3-5 moa accuracy.
